This is a huge fear for many people hiring a professional organiser. Things that are necessary or important to you will be incorporated into the organising plan, not removed to provide a better "look".

My role is to remind you of your goal and support your decision making. The choice of whether to keep or let go will be solely yours.

No. Professional organisers are deeply compassionate people. I understand how things can get out of control and have seen many similar situations. I am here to help, not to judge. My interest is only in how to help you regain the order that you want.

Anything discussed or seen will be treated as highly confidential.

No. There is no need to do this because we can tackle this as necessary as we go along. I will never be judgemental about what state your home is in but please bear in mind that I am a declutterer not a cleaner.

This will depend on the size of the task and the speed you are able to work at (both emotionally and physically) 

We can agree an outline plan when I meet you and see the work to be done, also taking into consideration your budget. However, I usually suggest no more than 3-4 hours for a session at one time unless you are happy to do more.
